Mount Therapeutics is translating discoveries in cardiac metabolism into regenerative medicines.

Our approach targets succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) to activate repair processes in the injured heart. Preclinical research links metabolic reprogramming with cardiomyocyte proliferation, new blood-vessel formation, and reduced fibrosis.

Our lead candidate, MTX-101, is an investigational injectable therapy in preclinical development for cardiac repair following myocardial infarction.
